Salesman Colin was great as well as the sales manager. Brian in finance seemed like he was miserable working there and made me feel stupid to not buy an extended warranty. Also I had to go back to service from Osage Beach and wait over two hours because I had a key fob that didn’t work that should have been caught by the 172 point inspection. This dealership definitely screwed us on our car. I paid way too much for my car, then brought it back because it had problems and then wouldn’t even fix it because those were “wear and tear” problem I paid way too much for my car, then brought it back because it had problems and then wouldn’t even fix it because those were “wear and tear” problems even though that’s how I bought the car.
