Just purchased my new used car from New Deal and the process was painless. I feel like I got a great deal. $5,000.00 for my new Accord. This is the place to come! Only complaint is they are busy but it process was painless. I feel like I got a great deal. $5,000.00 for my new Accord. This is the place to come! Dishonest dealer. Sells junk cars, does not honor warranty. You must sue them to get any kind of refund. Sells junk cars, does not honor warranty. You must sue them to get any kind of refund. More

About a month ago my daughter bought a car from New Deal Preowned auto's and within the first few days the check engine light came on, now this was still with in the first 15 days, so they are responsible t Preowned auto's and within the first few days the check engine light came on, now this was still with in the first 15 days, so they are responsible to look into and resolve the issue, we took this car to them 3 times with the understanding they were going to make good on their word and fix it. We got it back the first time, still the light would come on, same issue the second time, and then the 3rd time, they called her and told her the issue was corrected. We again picked it up and my daughter noticed that the panel just under the Streeting wheel area was loose and hanging down, so we were curious to see if they had corrected the issue, so we check the reading to see if the check engine light issue had been fixed, and it had not, we looked under the panel to see what had been done or if anything seemed out of place and they had disconnected the check engine light completely. They never fixed the problem. The service manager Jerry told my daughter that he had driven it 50+ miles just to make sure the issue was fixed and that the lighter wouldn't come back on, they told her it was fixed, (So of course Jerry lied) They are snakes in the grass, Arizona seriously needs a lemon law, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. Something needs to be done. Things like this shouldn't ever happen. And calling them won't make them take responsibility. They will just argue with us like they did in the beginning, it took my boyfriend going down there with me to just so they would speak to us with respect. The service manager Jerry needs to be fired, he lies and is deceitful. This is unacceptable and we will be contacting a lawyer for more advise on what our legal stans is on these issues. HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A YOUNG PERSON, JUST STARTING OUT IN LIFE AS AN ADULT. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES, I AM TRYING TO UNDERSTAND HOW YOU COULD SLEEP AT NIGHT DOING WHAT YOU DO, KNOWING YOU HAVE DONE THIS TO SOMEONE. Thank God above she got the extended warranty so it can get fixed the right way, the safe way. But that isn't going to let you guys off the hook, we are still going to be seeking our legal rights. One of, if not the biggest scam dealerships! Bought a car on Tuesday cash for $500 more than they had on the website even though they said the price I bought it at was lowest they can go. (I did Bought a car on Tuesday cash for $500 more than they had on the website even though they said the price I bought it at was lowest they can go. (I didn’t see the website until I got home) I don’t even get home before a sensor comes on. I take the car in Sunday afternoon and here it is Wednesday afternoon and I still don’t have a car. Ron claims, there’s nothing they can do about it but fix it. How are people supposed to get to work when they don’t have a car, especially the car they bought less than a week ago! I’m not even available for a courtesy vehicle until tomorrow “if they have one available”. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR EVER FROM NEW DEAL AUTO! I intended to buy a car that I didn’t spend more than 5,000. I put 3,000 down and when all was said and down it turned out to be 10,000. They tacked on a extended buy a car that I didn’t spend more than 5,000. I put 3,000 down and when all was said and down it turned out to be 10,000. They tacked on a extended warranty because they knew their cars are junk. The only good thing I can say about that is I used it about 6 times. The transmission was replaced days after I purchased car. Credit Acceptance is their financed and they are horrible. The car sales people prey on women and take advantage of us not having a lot of knowledge of cars. More

They increase the sales price at doc signing I should have been looking for something going wrong, they are a used car dealer. The vehicle I purchased wasn't the problem, their service was. First I should have been looking for something going wrong, they are a used car dealer. The vehicle I purchased wasn't the problem, their service was. First I arranged to have someone bring my car to my home before I agreed to the purchase. When I arrived to go with them, I was told they couldn't deliver the vehicle because they were short handed. I live five minutes away. After argueing for 20 minutes about the five employees sitting around and no customers, I told them to call when they could deliver the car. Eventually they called and the vehicle was delivered. When I reviewed my paperwork at my bank, I realized they had increased the sales price by $800 at closing. I went back and the sales manager stated that the finance company was charging an up front charge besides the exorbitant interest rate. It was not on the truth in lending disclosure. So it appears that this is a way for them to add charges and blame it on the lenders. I would never trust this dealer!!!!! More
