I was a first time buyer nervous to go through a dealership. However, Ron's up front communication through text made me feel comfortable to come in for a test drive. Very professional and knowledgeable! I did not feel rushed but also felt that my time was important to them. They took time to clean the car I just bought even though they were in a hurr I did not feel rushed but also felt that my time was important to them. They took time to clean the car I just bought even though they were in a hurry to go home for the day! The quotes I was given were always accurate or on the high end where I was pleasantly surprised when the interest rate I ended up getting was better than expected. It was a great buying experience! Called Street at about 6:30 pm on Monday, December 30 after shopping all over Dallas and not finding what I wanted. Kat put me in touch with Ron who took great care of us. Ron stayed late on Monday to help my husband and me come to terms. I flew from to Amarillo the next day to pick up the car.
