I waited for 2 hours before I went to see the advisor. He missed notification by the tech that car was ready much earlier. Then he gave me the price for repair. Twice as much as I could get elsewhere. I t He missed notification by the tech that car was ready much earlier. Then he gave me the price for repair. Twice as much as I could get elsewhere. I told him I wasn’t getting the repair done but I still got charged for troubleshooting. Then I waited another 20 minutes for my car. The tech didn’t put my key in the right place. No more service at this dealership and, if I ever decide to buy another Cadillac, it will be from Serra in Troy. More
