Customer service like never before It my pleasure to write this review. I am very particular when selecting a vehicle. I researched every aspect of the car before coming to the dealer. I thought I knew what I wanted -- as a matter of fact, I was SURE I did. I found a New 2018 X6 that had everything I wanted. the folks at BMW of SS really know what they are doing. After careful review of my needs, they found me an even better deal in a 2019 X6 with features I hadn't imagined. Ron worked with me for weeks as I decided how to proceed. He stayed late, past his time off to assist me. This is service beyond expectations. And the team approach was evident. Ron even recruited his manager Joanna to research accessories that i wanted. My model wasn't compatible with the desired accessories, but Joanna still spent a great deal of time attempting to make it happen. I really felt like I was important and my purchase mattered. This, for me, is why I will now be bringing my car to be serviced here as well. I am a loyal BMW customer, and this is my second X6. I moved from NJ where I had my first experience with an amazing BMW dealer/ service department. Since moving to MARYLAND, I have not received service anywhere near as good as BMW of Mount Laurel New Jersey - until now!!. If your looking for an amazing BMW experience i highly endorse THIS dealer. And no - they didn't pay me to give this review!!!! (But I will accept any monetary gifts they offer, lol) More

During the sales negotiation process, he was very upfront, honest and sincere about what the dealer could and couldn't do so there wasn't this constant back and forth with the sales manager. He listened to my wants during the sale and tried to accommodate most of my wishes. I would highly recommend Ron for your BMW sales needs! More

BMW X1 Loaner I was at the dealership from 11am to 6pm. Ron was very pleasant, helpful, patient and professional. He went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted. I would definitely refer Ron to others. Allen was great with financing. Very informative, patient and professional. He thoroughly explained the different maintenance packages and I did purchase 3 of them. If I had to finance another car through BMW I would ask for Allen. I know things were busy because it was Saturday, but the service department could have done a better job with prepping the car. I made it very clear not to rush so that it would be done right, especially because it was a loaner. I had to go back over it once I got home. My headrest was put on backwards and the inside needed to be wiped down better. I think they focused more on the outside of the car. I also found some scratches and nicks on the bumper that I will be returning to have buffed out. Ron was very attentive to my concerns, had a service manager look at the bumper and assured me that it would be taken care of. I received the We Owe documentation. I will be returning for my lesson with Nick on how things work in the car, to obtain my spare key and have the scratches and nicks looked at to see what can be done about it. More

Good Morning All, If anyone is end the need of a BMW and want to be provided with all the bells and whistles that the car will offer you, I Good Morning All, If anyone is end the need of a BMW and want to be provided with all the bells and whistles that the car will offer you, I implore you to get Ron "Easy" Askew as your sales representative. This sales representative is on top of his game to the max. Here's why: My wife and I went to BMW of Silver Spring just to look at maybe buying a new "used" car. He saw us walking in the parking lot and immediately came out to greet us. We told him we were just looking to see what was being offered on the lot. My wife really wasn't wanting to listen at first because all salesman come with the same pitch. But Mr. Askew was so "complete" with his knowledge of the vehicles, she had no choice but to listen to his recommendation for a vehicle. Long story short, we went looking for a used BMW and ended up with a practically brand new BMW. We bought a 2018 530i and it was all because of the professional and knowledgeable presentation of vehicles that Mr. Askew provided. His nickname is "Easy" and that's exactly what he made the process at the dealership be. Thanks again Mr. Askew for the great service you rendered to us. My wife loves her new car and we owe it all to you . More
