The Best Ever! I couldn't have had a better experience buying a new car than I did with Dave Kemp, Roland Gomez, & James Kirpanos at Valley Honda. I know this fo I couldn't have had a better experience buying a new car than I did with Dave Kemp, Roland Gomez, & James Kirpanos at Valley Honda. I know this for a fact because I visited 4 other dealerships and nobody came close to making me and my family feel as comfortable. Not to mention the environment and showroom at Valley is seriously the best I've ever seen. No shady business, false promises, or bait-n-switch tactics that I experience at other dealers. I also never felt any pressure to buy, trade-in my car, and every single question I asked was able to be answered. The folks at valley were also the most willing to negotiate on the price, which showed me that they are more concerned about gaining a long term relationship than a one-time sale. This personally goes a long way with me. I also really liked that when I asked really tough, technical questions about the cars (and I could sense that the salesman who mainly helped me (Dave Kemp) didn't know the answer of the top of his head) he would say, "Great question, I will go ask one of our techs right now and get you the answer" rather than just guessing. This level of honest and initiative showed me that the staff at Valley Honda leans on each others expertise and departmental knowledge to build a better experience for buyers. Even after the sale was done, Dave Kemp continued to help keep us up to date on the delivery status and took his time to help make sure we had everything customized inside the car to our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better buying experience and we will be back when we need another car, that's for sure! More
