Groovy After trying a few local Honda dealers on the phone or chat I was ready to give up. All I wanted was a fair "out the door" price on a 2017 CR-V. Other dealers pressed us to "come in and sit down" and we will talk. If I wanted to talk I'd get a parrot. Then I reluctantly tried chat with Julie from Valley Honda. I went through my same routine asking for an out the door price and to my surprise she said she would turn my request over to one of the salespeople and they would e-mail me back in less than an hour. So I sat there thinking, another brush off but in a couple of minutes I got the elusive information I was after. I told my wife "lets take a ride and check this dealer out. It was a long ride but we feel it was worth it. We delt with Roland Gomez who very professionally walked us through the relatively painless process. Optional extras were mentioned but not pushed which we appreciated. If you are car shopping check out Valley Honda and look up Roland Gomez. He is very helpful and a handsome little fella. More

Amazing Personalized Experience I had gone to Valley Honda a month back looking to purchase a 2017 Pilot and was attended to by Bill and fell in love with the 2018 Odyssey. Unfortuna I had gone to Valley Honda a month back looking to purchase a 2017 Pilot and was attended to by Bill and fell in love with the 2018 Odyssey. Unfortunately, we could not finalize the deal then. After a month, I went back to Valley Honda and met with Roland Gomez. Roland is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and personable person who made the process go smoothly. He never pressured me to buy any options and clearly spelled out all additional options that were available. Mohit Saini, the Sales Manager was an equally amazing person to work with. Both Roland and Mohit made sure we were comfortable (went in with a 5 month old kid) and offered to get all options installed the next day and deliver the car with the options installed instead of having to take an appointment a week later for the options installation. Their caring attitude to make us comfortable seeing that we were at the dealership for about 3 hours (with the kid getting cranky), truly won us over. All car dealerships sell cars, but Valley Honda, especially Roland, and Mohit made it a pleasurable experience and lent a personal touch to the transaction! When we dicided our choice, even though Valley Honda had no stock, Mohit made sure we get our vehicle on time. Good thing about him is, He gave all the credit to inventory manager. He was able to schedule us test drive for every car we were interested in in any of the time during the day we were available. He answered every question we had calmly and gave us advice and pros and cons for each car without any of the BS typical salesman have at other dealerships. Once we decided on the car, Roland made sure we were taken care of with everything else regarding finances and warranties and helped us get out the door as quickly as possible with our new car. He has also been easy to get in touch after out purchase for any questions we have in regard to our new car. This type of commitment to a customer from a salesman is unique and rare and I am glad to have Ronald as my salesman. My best experience when making such a big purchase has been with Roland and I will definitely recommend my friends and family to the Valley Honda dealership in Aurora because of Roland. More

When I went to Valley Honda i never thought I would end up buying because I had been to over a dozen dealerships and these guys are very good at what they do. They will patiently give the demo, give their best price as soon as you get to the numbers and work with you or other things. You won't feel pressured about the situation. Their facility is amazing and I felt connected when Kevin gave me a tour of the dealership and talked about his sales background. Would highly recommend Valley Honda, especially Kevin Hanna, Roland and their manager Mohit. More
