If you want to completely ruin your car buying experience and feel like you got ripped off no matter how well you think you negotiate, then this is the car dealer for you! The salesmen Rodger Vazquez (nickna and feel like you got ripped off no matter how well you think you negotiate, then this is the car dealer for you! The salesmen Rodger Vazquez (nicknamed Tank) and manager Laso Abbas will turn the screws on you for several hours, simply waiting for you to make a mistake, at which point they will pounce with new ways to increase the cost of the car. First off, the car was listed online via several car websites, all with different prices. Then when we got to the dealer, there was a completely different, and higher price listed on the vehicle window sticker. Once we negotiated a deal (several hours in the making), they only provided one key, even after assuring us several times there were two that came with the vehicle. Of course if you don’t buy the magic Zurich package, which seems to vary in price depending on how much they need to make on the car, then you’ll only get one key. We refused to pay for the Zurich package, which is said to be some sort of paint protection already pre-installed on all of their vehicles, regardless of if you want it or not. Only after haggling with them, they agreed to pay for half of a spare programmed key. Alondra Nava in finance was an absolute gem during the whole process. I feel bad for her because she genuinely seemed to want to do us right. The other employees and especially management could learn a lot from her. There were a few other helpful employees, but overall the management of this dealership makes it a toxic and unfun car buying experience. At one point, Mr. Abbas escalated to a completely uncalled for level of aggression, at which point another employee had to walk him back from his ledge and apologize for him. Nearly a year later we are still waiting on the complete spare key to come in. A recent call about the key resulted in the same discourteous and unprofessional attitude. No surprise, nothing has changed. I’m pretty resilient, but most people would have walked from the racist comments and generally inconsiderate attitude much of the staff used with us and around us. Knowing what I know now, I would not send my worst enemies here to purchase a lug nut, much less a vehicle. More

I was interested and was going to potentially purchase advertised 2019 Ford F-150 Platinum with 19k miles for $43,254.00. I read March 21, 2023 review regarding used Jeep that was misrepresented by $7,00 advertised 2019 Ford F-150 Platinum with 19k miles for $43,254.00. I read March 21, 2023 review regarding used Jeep that was misrepresented by $7,000. When I called on Ford F-150, I was told price is $7000.00 more than listed on cars.com. One wrong listing could be a mistake. Two approximate save amount of error is on purpose. I will be avoiding this dealership and will let my associates know when they are looking for a car. More

**BEWARE** AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE: This dealer advertised a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for 36k. I called them and said I would buy it. Then they proceeded to tell me they can't sell it for 36K, ther advertised a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for 36k. I called them and said I would buy it. Then they proceeded to tell me they can't sell it for 36K, there was going to be some hard costs associated with it. So the sales person said he would transfer me to the manager so he could go over the hard costs. When I spoke with the manager, he said there was an additional $7,000 in dealer installed add ons. Keep in mind, this is a used car, so what in the world could be 7k?? He said they ceramic coated the interior and some other snake oil protectant (ceramic coating is super unnecessary on a jeep, that's a higher end car thing to be honest) And ceramic coating is like 700-1200 MAX from a detailer. He said he may be able to sell for less. So we played phone tag back and forth for hours all day long until the end of the day when he said they can't discount the $7000 in unnecessary dealer fees. So advertise for 36k, then tack on 7k in dealer fees, for a total of 43K. Why not just advertise the car for 43k without the crap. Such a scam, avoid this dealer at all costs. If I could give negative stars I would. Its such a dishonest tactic that wasted both of our time. It really makes me not want to go through this process. Im a cash buyer, who just wanted to write a check and spend 30 minutes getting a deal done. They made it an all day process and ended up with nothing. Total waste of time. Everyone I spoke with was really nice, don’t get me wrong, but that doesn’t change the tactics of the dealership that is set by management coming all the way from the top. Please do not give them your business. There are honest dealers still out there. More
