I worked with Roger Nelson who made sure I got to try all the different models. He pointed out all the different colors in the lot and went through the different packages with me. It took about a month for the 2019 Prius in the color I wanted to arrive and Roger called me every week with an update on the delivery date. While I hope to drive this car for 15 years, I would not hesitate to buy another car from Roger. More
