I was told you didn't accept my extended warranty because the warranty company thought your labor rated were to high. After driving 1hr 30 min. Very disappointing. Finally today I have the time to take my auto to the garage to have the tires remounted properly. My tires are clearly marked. Inside outside. Your techs only put one tire on properly, the other t garage to have the tires remounted properly. My tires are clearly marked. Inside outside. Your techs only put one tire on properly, the other three are back wards. They never reset the tpms. System. To match the tires positions. I specifically asked them to make sure it was reset. I always under the impression that the purpose of appointment was to make sure all the necessary. People and equipment was on hand to complete the tasks asked. Well your place decided not to have the tech for the front end alignment on hand that day…. So what is the purpose of the appointment schedule. I expect to be reimbursed. For the corrective work I have to have done. Scott. Ps. Your thechs. Had my car for aver seven hours. Plenty of time to do the work properly. I sent my car clear from Kansas. To get this work done. 250 miles one way. Very poor customer service. More
