I got a screw in my tire at the worse possible time (Friday Afternoon) . . . late !! I was in a slight "panic" as to where I might need to take it (the next day) to get the needed repair. I called Naples Mazda and "was thrilled" to find out the Service Department was open on Saturday !! Frank Zabala told me to bring it in . . . (and when I arrived) the Service Manager (Roger Hess) said they could fix it "right away" !! I was in and out within 45 minutes with a freshly patched tire; and, "was very happy and relieved" to be safely back on the road (with a solid tire) !! "Thanks for the great service", Naples Mazda !! Greatly appreciate it !! More
