Reps were great but not happy on how long it took to figure out problem. It was a simple software update and it was in 2x and kept my car for a week the first time with no solution. I brought back the figure out problem. It was a simple software update and it was in 2x and kept my car for a week the first time with no solution. I brought back the following Monday when the clock was not working again to show them. 2 days later they realized it was software. Why did they not think of that?? More
