I came to Naples Mazda with no really ‘legitimate’ reason to be there. I was given a Mazda SUV at the rental car place at Fort Myers airport. I have set up the CarPlay in innumerable cards with no problem. to be there. I was given a Mazda SUV at the rental car place at Fort Myers airport. I have set up the CarPlay in innumerable cards with no problem. But for hours, even watching numerous YouTube videos to connect the CarPlay, no matter what I did, it was unsuccessful. I was under tremendous pressure because my husband was in the hospital, I was having to travel back-and-forth, needing the GPS and I was getting innumerable calls from medical people while I was in the car. I was under tremendous stress and didn’t know what I was going to do so I drove into the Mazda dealership. I went to the service department and to the desk Roger Hess. I told him why I was there and why it was imperative that I get the CarPlay to work. I acknowledge that it most certainly was not the job of a Mazda dealership to help me with a rental car. Roger jumped into helping mode As soon as he was finished, helping another customer, came out to my car, and worked with my phone until the CarPlay was connected. He even went and got me a bottle of water. He was amazingly wonderful. I cannot give him enough high praise. He is truly a decent human being as well as obviously being skilled at his job. More

Roger Hess was great. I advised him that I was having a key fob problem and that my warranty was coming to an end. Both my key fobs were failing as I was completely locke I advised him that I was having a key fob problem and that my warranty was coming to an end. Both my key fobs were failing as I was completely locked out of my CX-5 ,even after changing the battery. He advised he would have the tech to reset the key fob and that if there was still a problem after the warranty he would honor the problem. That’s great service. More
