Roger Beatty was super easygoing, no pressure, very informative, and had great follow through. Tim Snider was equally great - total transparency in the trade in value and pricing on our RR Sport, and managed a dealer trade to get the car we wanted from another dealership across the state - had it there and ready to go in less than 24 hours! In my experience, finance can often be the weakest link in the process, but Ryan Ross was totally wired, had us in and out in no time, and pre-filled out all the paperwork as much as possible ahead of time (title through our business so the paperwork is a bit more). Have to say I would absolutely recommend the team at Niello JLR Sacramento. 5/5 stars! More
