Roger was very helpful and it was much appreciated in my situation. He made me feel confident that he was going to be able to get me out of my lease and into a new car and he did. He is great at what he does and I know this because I also work in the People business. I had previously been to several Chrysler dealerships and no one else was willing to assist me. I was very impressed with Roger and the time he took to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. He also took the time to come out to my new 300 with me and introduce me to the features. I have leased/bought 5 cars with Chrysler and he is the FIRST to do this. I was impressed and this was the icing on the cake for me !! I will only be doing business with Roger in the future !! He was extremely knowledgable on the new Jeep Wrangler and started working hard from the get go. We were very specific as to what we wanted and didn't want, and Roger was great about listing out the best possible options for us. It wasn't until a few weeks later that he had found the jeep that we wanted and even helped us out getting the wheels powder coated black! That was one of my "must have" items. He kept me in the loop with the entire process and did a phenomenal job earning out trust and business.
