Alyson from internet sales did a masterful job answering my questions leading up to my decision to stop by. My wife and I were warmly greeted by Teddy and the rest of the floor associates. Teddy was so good my questions leading up to my decision to stop by. My wife and I were warmly greeted by Teddy and the rest of the floor associates. Teddy was so good, I forgot his name for most of the time me and my wife were there. That's what great customer service does! You remember the experience more than the details. I was not expecting to leave with a vehicle the same day I walked in, much less any brand new one. Well Teddy changed that expectation. Within 4 hours, I was driving out in a 2025 Rogue SV on my birthday. This is my 3rd vehicle from Courtesy Nissan. Way to keep this guy as a loyal customer. Thank you all! More

It is not often when shopping for cars that you feel comfortable and trusting in salespeople, but these people are very genuine, very realistic and will work with you with wholehearted people-centered intention. Specific shout-outs to Curtis G. and S. Sarkar, my salespeople. They are very reasonable, truthful and transparent gentlemen, which I greatly, greatly appreciated.... call me dramatic - I don't care.
