As we shared during that discussion, a deposit was placed on this vehicle prior to yours and that wasn’t properly communicated internally to which we are sincerely sorry for. Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land did try to rectify the situation by offering a comparable vehicle with similar equipment, mileage, and condition for the agreed upon price. Unfortunately, as you said, that vehicle wasn’t right for your needs. Please accept our apologies for this mishap and the frustration that ensued.
