I was just there and tried to trade my 2019 kia soul in to get something that would lower my payments of $374.85 to around $300.00 but they said my credit score was not good enough. That's funny it was goo to get something that would lower my payments of $374.85 to around $300.00 but they said my credit score was not good enough. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I purchased a 2013 MINI Cooper from your Kia dealership in Pensacola, Florida. I purchased the vehicle on 09/08/2018. My sale WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I purchased a 2013 MINI Cooper from your Kia dealership in Pensacola, Florida. I purchased the vehicle on 09/08/2018. My salesman was Desmond. During the test drive the air conditioner stopped working. He stated, "If you like the car, we'll fix that for you." I loved the MINI so we started the paperwork. Desmond took the car to the service department to get the air conditioner fixed. I purchased the extended warranty. We were all ready to go, but the service department was still working on the air conditioner. Desmond brings the car around to us and states, "The air conditioner didn't have any freon in it and everything was good to go." On the thirty minute drive home the air conditioner would work for a while then go out again. When we got home and tried to lock the door on the Cooper with the key fob, it didn't work. Neither key fob works to lock or unlock the doors. Monday morning I start the car and the service due light comes on. I go to the Kia dealership in Pensacola on Monday (9/10). Desmond greets me and I let him know the air conditioner stopped working, the key fob doesn't lock and unlock the doors, and the service light came on. He went to talk to the service department. He came back and told me they were going to take my Cooper to the MINI dealership in Pensacola on Tuesday (9/11) to get the air conditioner fixed and the key fobs probably just need batteries. He asked if I could bring the Cooper back around the same time (9 AM) on Tuesday and Kia would give me a rental car while the air conditioner is being fixed. To make a long story short, I never got a rental from Kia and I had to come out of pocket $3000 to get the air conditioner fixed even though I had an extended warranty and Kia stated they would fix it. The major plug that controls the air conditioning and other components of the car was completely corroded from water damage. My personal opinion--STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! More

LB greeted us when we arrived. I explained that I was a previous Optima owner, was in a car wreck which totaled my car and I walked away with just a scratch and bruise from the airbag. I wanted another Op previous Optima owner, was in a car wreck which totaled my car and I walked away with just a scratch and bruise from the airbag. I wanted another Optima and within 1 hour we were agreeing to a cost. LB was extremely helpful and full of knowledge regarding my car and all its features. He was not pushy and was downright a pleasure to work with. Thank you again for my awesome Optima EX! More
