Stopping at Premier Subaru in Branford, we were introduced to Helena O'Connell who made what could have been like a trip to the Dentist into something entirely different. Helena showed us how we could purchase a 2014 Legacy and a 2011 Forester essentially within our budget and meeting all our needs. She is friendly, professional and took the time to answer all our questions in detail. We were then introduced to Rodney Pomerleau who helped us to make the financial decisions necessary to get us started. Rodney is truly a pleasure to work with. When it came time to pick up the vehicles, both Helena and Rodney made the whole process as easy as possible. Rodney is to be commended for the way in which he gives you the confidence that you have been treated fairly and professionally. When we had a glitch with emissions on Forester, Helen took care of the problem and actually delivered the Forester to our House the following Morning. Overall, Helen and Rodney took care of all the details associated with financing, Insurance and Registration and left us thoroughly satisfied. Thank You!!!!!! More
