Rodney Houston and Andres from Finance gave me the run around. They kept sneaking in fees and would take hours to respond to my emails/calls/texts. I am a first time car buyer, and they made this process xxxx for me, despite me putting a deposit down when I first visited the dealership. This lack of response caused me to drive to the dealership uncertain if I would take the car home that day. The drive is 45 minutes . The only silver lining are Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance). After showing up unannounced as Rodney and Andres were not getting back to me, Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance) helped me purchase the vehicle and sign. They had me out in less than an hour, and didn’t try to sneak in hidden fees and or have me waiting around on them. I’m happy I finally have my new car, but I truly hope I never have to do this again. More
