Customer service was ok. New vehicle condition was unexceptional exterior and door jamb damaged and dirty. We purchased 4 new vehicles at this same dealership in the past from sales to financing and delivery was exceptional. Purchasing the 2024 Bronco same dealership in Aiea 2 weeks ago wasn’t pleasant experience. The salesperson and financial treated my wife and I fairly. The only problem was vehicle delivery. Wasn’t introduced entirely interior and exterior. Also the exterior paint scratch and chip paint. Truck color black. Before we drove off we walk around the vehicle couldn’t see much except for door jams had dirt along the rooftop too. At that time was around 5:30pm. The next day before I’d wash our vehicle. Noticed exterior surface scratches and paint chips just couldn’t believe it. Immediately contacted Cutter Ford let them know about my situation with my new truck. They setup appointment and met with Brandy. Explain my situation truck condition etc. She was pleasant, concerned and apologized for the inconvenience. Brandy gave me date and time information bring my truck which is today Monday 03/03/2025 at 9:00am. She also mentioned vehicle could take 4 to 5 days all depends on the weather regarding painting. Meanwhile few days later someone from Cutter Ford had called to setup appointment for car retail pickup. This had caused inconvenience for my wife and I meaning what we had to go through purchasing this new trunk was really unexceptional. I’m hoping when we pickup our truck when it’s ready. Everything will go smoothly in and out. with satisfaction of excellence. More

Worst car buying experience we’ve had. Cutter Ford has no integrity. We purchased a new Bronco a month ago. They rushed us through the paperwork and finance process because they made us la Cutter Ford has no integrity. We purchased a new Bronco a month ago. They rushed us through the paperwork and finance process because they made us late for something we needed to be at. They ended up adding a warranty even though we said we didn’t want it. When we went to the bank the price for our loan was well over the amount we’d agreed on. The dealership didn’t give us our copy of the paperwork for a couple of days so we didn’t catch the discrepancy until we saw the paperwork. They processed the check from our bank and told us they would be in touch a few days later to give us a check for the overage. It’s been almost a month and we hadn’t been contacted by the dealership at all, so we reached out. The dealership told us they had sent the overage back to the bank. We also asked for a copy of the corrected paperwork we signed because we’ve yet to receive that as well. We asked when the money was sent and two hours later we received a response that the money was being processed today and will be taken to our bank in the next couple of days. There is no integrity at all at this dealership. Or they are completely incompetent at their jobs. I’m not sure which, but it all feels really shady. More

I had a great experience at Cutter Ford Mitsubishi! Richie provided excellent service as he was very accommodating and patient. He wasn't pushy or sales-y, and he tried his best to meet my requests. I really appreciated his patience with all the changes I was making during the process. And his manager, Kai, was also very helpful as well, along with Rodney who closed the sale! And thank you also to Gynard for his recommendations and referral! This is my 5th car from this dealership, and I will go back again if I ever upgrade! More

Had a great experience at Cutter getting our 2014 Fusion serviced. Setup the appointment online and got the call confirmation a few days later.
