Matthew, this is the same generic message you posted on my Google review, and it still doesn’t address what actually happened. I was the first caller, told the vehicle was available, encouraged to move forward, and even received 22 photos from your salesperson. I replied immediately that I would proceed with the sale. The next day, without a single update, call, or courtesy notice, I was told the vehicle had been sold. “Availability can change quickly” doesn’t explain why no one contacted me at any point — especially after I made it clear I was ready to buy. I’ve already filed complaints with Kia Corporate, the BBB, Google, and the Attorney General because this wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was a complete breakdown in honesty and communication. If Herb Chambers wants to make this right, it will take more than repeating the same scripted apology on every platform.
