Their service department is very poorly run. their techs could not or assumed that my outside door handle was painted. The computer verify it was not working. The handle is chrome plated. The service department required that I needed to make the call about this. they are real interested in selling the warranty service but won't follow up when needed. More

Sales Department is amazing! Service Department on the other hand had my trade in vehicle for an engine recall and was not a great experience. Couldn’t help me with a loaner and Service Department on the other hand had my trade in vehicle for an engine recall and was not a great experience. Couldn’t help me with a loaner and couldn’t give me a timeframe of when my vehicle was going to be looked at. Never called to give me an update. I had to call and I felt they were annoyed with me requesting an update. Poor communication overall on their end. More

They fixed my car because it had alot of issues. Now it runs good. They didn't clean my vehicle after they fixed it. Also, they ordered a fuel door 2.months ago and I haven't received any phone call Now it runs good. They didn't clean my vehicle after they fixed it. According to them, they fixed my front brakes. But they didn't! It's still the same. I have to step all the way down! Oh and they didn't clean my car after they got done with it!
