This would have been a 5-star experience except for one thing. The positive - Steve Fallone and Rob Rocha in Sales were fantastic. They were personable, friendly and respectful. They worked to make sure we had the right vehicle with fair pricing on the new car and the trade-in. The vehicle was delivered in spotless condition and all optional items were there. The negative - Rod Franey in the Business/Finance office cost First Hyundai 2 stars. He went thru all the paperwork and signatures. When my wife and I got up to leave, Rod did not stand up to shake hands or thank us for our business or even say Happy Holidays two days before Christmas.. I had to reach my hand out to him. We signed and he was done with us. When we came to pick up the car, Rod did not have copies of the signed paperwork for us. We had to ask, and then he gave us documents piece meal. In our opinion, there was not a Customer Service mindset for this part of the process. More

I am on my 5th lease. I have been to a lot of dealerships. My previous experience on my last lease was awful at Boch Hyundai. My lease wasn't up until October but First wa I have been to a lot of dealerships. My previous experience on my last lease was awful at Boch Hyundai. My lease wasn't up until October but First was having Presidents Day deals. I really wasn't expecting to make a deal. I even filled my car with gas. That's how little faith I had in walking out with a new deal. I sat with Josh. After the smallest amount of back and forth, I got the deal I wanted, for the car I wanted. There was so little pressure. They had a white car on the lot and when Josh saw I wasn't crazy about it he said take the night think it over. You need to get the car you want. Before I left I decided to get the red. I was there for 1.5 hours. The next day Josh told me my car was already on its way to the dealership. It should be there either that day or the next. Again I didn't believe him. Sure enough he called at 5:30 that night. The car was in. I made an appointment to come in the following afternoon to finish the paperwork. Everything went as smooth as silk. The finance manager was wonderful as well. Josh showed me the new features on the car. I was done in 1 hour. Total of 2.5 hours to lease a new car. It has taken 4-6 hours on previous leases. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a salesman. I will be recommending First Hyundai to everyone. More

Service is terrible and service telephone operator is rude. They wanted me to wait 3-4 weeks to have my car checked because the engine light went on. I had a great experience with First Hyundai. I was interested in buying a Santa Fe plug-in Hybrid. They are very hard to get these days. They suggested I put a refundable deposit down since the cars are in high demand, answered all my questions, were completely up front on the total purchase price and the process. Katie kept me informed and answered all my questions. Kaulder was responsive, and professional. The financing process was efficient and well done. They all made the process surprisingly easy. I am so happy with my purchase! More

Recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Sonata. It was probably the best experience my wife and I have had at a car dealership. Dave Sacco was our salesmen. What a let down. The entire staff there is corrupt. We somehow got paired with the biggest xxxxx. salesman that gives a horrible name and reputation to that profession; James Clanton. This guy will promise you anything to get your money, then he does great at avoiding you. Delivered a vehicle that was not what we had paid for, and never made it right. After numerous requests, not only himself but also the rest of the staff avoided us. I'm surprised that guy has made it as far in life as he has in the automotive industry, as he clearly lacks professionalism and customer relation skills. Do yourself a favor, and take your money and business somewhere else. This place isn't worth the frustration. Bunch of incompetent thieves. Horrible experience. The worst car buying experience ever. More

Do not buy from this dealer.. Lifetime oil changes is a joke... You have to add maintenance service which is over 1000 a year to get a free oil change..Also they will try to upsell you a warranty that you joke... Worst customer service ever. Salesman was a liar, and not a single person would return a phone call or email. Not worth the frustration or stress. Save yourself much time, energy, and frustration by looking to purchase a vehicle from somewhere else, do not give these guys your business. They do a poor job of representing car salesmen, as there are certainly nice people out there worth someone's time and willing to work with a customer, but the people at First Hyundai aren't it. These clowns are lying crooks. If I could give them zero stars I totally would, but it won't let me, so unfortunately they get 1 star. Seriously, purchasing a car is a big deal, and can be stressful. This establishment is all about getting your money and then dropping you 100%, it's not worth the time or stress that these guys add to it. Go to a dealership who really wants their customers to leave happy and satisfied. More
