Other than standard rebates, there was very little offered as discount off MSRP. First time I have encountered this. In the end, we love our new Pacifica -- but left with a feeling that we did not "meet in the middle" on price. People we met were very nice, polite and helpful -- especially Lorenzo White (direct Sales Rep), Teresa Matthews (very helpful on questions on the new vehicle, the Maintenance Plan, and offering water and snacks), -- but the entire process took over 5 hours. Very tiring, especially for my wife who was with me, since we wanted both names on the title. More
