Today is November 10th, I bought a car with these guys on 10/14/2025, I was waiting on the title I figured. I would say that such a display of competence and lack of customer service regarding something like this is very low. I asked the lady why the documents weren't uploaded quickly. She asked me what do you mean, I said that I generally get titles within a week or two after actually having bought a car. I don't know what to say, buying the car was easy but apparently the the after sale support end is just awful. More
