Robyn always goes out of her way to give me a great experience but sometimes there are issues beyond her control. There were 2 cancelled service appointments because they did not have a requested renta experience but sometimes there are issues beyond her control. Karl Flammer Ford came through for me when others couldn’t. I had a transmission problem on my truck and took it to another Ford dealer, only to have them tell me they wouldn’t look at it for another couldn’t. I had a transmission problem on my truck and took it to another Ford dealer, only to have them tell me they wouldn’t look at it for another 4 months. Karl Flammer was not only able to get my truck in the next day, but their team was able to diagnose and report back to me the problem the same day. My repairs were made on time as promised and I was kept in communication the entire time. And all of this during a holiday week! Sales experience was good. I was in a race against the clock to buy a Ford F150 Lightning electric truck since it was the last day for a bunch of rebates and discounts and the I was in a race against the clock to buy a Ford F150 Lightning electric truck since it was the last day for a bunch of rebates and discounts and the staff at this dealership were able to make it happen. The truck had some warning messages shortly after buying but the service department took care of the minor issues right away and provided a free loaner during the repairs. More
