SHE'S HOME! ! She has been at the dealership since FEBRUARY 17th!! They kept blaming the supply chain (for the wiring harness that was needed) and said there was ! She has been at the dealership since FEBRUARY 17th!! They kept blaming the supply chain (for the wiring harness that was needed) and said there was nothing they could do! After almost having a nervous breakdown, after the dealership having my Jeep for weeks and being refused a loaner, at first they said they didn't give loaners and then all of the sudden it changed to we don't have any loaners to give, I called the dealership that we bought her from (this one isn't the one we bought her from) gave them the part number to look and see if they had it. He said they didn't, but he shows 3 dealerships (in NC, FL and OH) that possibly did. He gave me all the numbers to call, I called the NC one first and BINGO, they had TWO!! He told me that my dealership could call him, do a credit card over the phone and he would ship it to them dealer to dealer!! I called mine back and told them that I had found the part, for them to call and pay for it to get sent out! It still took another week because according to them, their credit card was maxed and they couldn't do it until the 1st. It finally happened, they got the part Monday at 9:47 am and they called me today to say she was done! What a nightmare, I spoke with the General Manager and even after all this, he still blamed Chrysler/Jeep and the supply chain! Never once took ownership! I asked him why he, the parts dept and Chrysler didn't do what I did and call to see if they could find it? He said nothing was showing when they looked and they must've gotten it in after they looked!!?? REALLY?? She's home! Now, we can only hope all was repaired correctly! DO NOT GO TO Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FOR ANYTHING!! It was almost impossible to get in touch with the gm Robby or anyone for that matter, I would place several calls, leave several voicemails and not have them returned. I would be told, "I didn't receive any messages?" A customer shouldn't be the one to make the needed phone calls to find the part that is needed! That should be the dealerships job and Chrysler's job once they have been alerted to the situation. My contact at Chrysler, Chris was just as bad if not worse about returning phone calls. I am glad to have my Jeep back, but horrified at the treatment I received. I can only hope it is repaired correctly, but if anything goes wrong with it, I will not be taking it to this dealership!! We took our Jeep there for a check engine light, they diagnosed a wiring harness as the issue. Took them 9 weeks to make the repairs. Every other day we received a text stating it was on back order. It took my wife making a phone call to another dealer to find the wiring harness (3). After giving the service department and GM it still took 2 weeks to get the part in and installed. Customer service does not exist with them just excuses of why they cannot do something. More
