Took two months to finalize a deal and get the truck released to the transporter. Sales manager was NOT good about returning calls or texts, I can only assume that since I wasn’t in person then I wasn’t important enough. The kicker was they didn’t disclose that the truck with a blown transmission. Something I would have known if I had been an in-person shopper because it was obvious within the first mile driving the vehicle for the first time. They really pulled a fast one on this buyer and then all they had to say was “did you buy our ext warranty?” More
