The deal went very smoothly. After only having the vehicle home for 6 days the screen in the car started to cause issues. I contacted the dealership and they wanted me to bring it back to them. The pr vehicle home for 6 days the screen in the car started to cause issues. I contacted the dealership and they wanted me to bring it back to them. The problem is I live 5 hours away. There is other dealerships local but Bill Utter refused to fix the issue and said I'd have to read my warranty information to see if I could have it fixed. So now I have a new vehicle with a messed up touch screen that I'll have to pay out of pocket to fix. More
