I bought a car from (Toyota of N Miami) in late March 2024, brought the car to service the first time it rained and noticed water all over the driver side floor mat (April 2024). They took the vehicle in 2024, brought the car to service the first time it rained and noticed water all over the driver side floor mat (April 2024). They took the vehicle in and told me the issue was fixed and this was a well known with the Rave4. They misdiagnosed the issue and problem still exists. Came back for a third time and they are refusing to honor their warranty and take ownership of their problem. Car was a gift to my mother and ended as the worst buying experience ever. Last Friday the ( Warranty manager agreed & promised to take care of the issue in front of two other colleagues, the service advisor and the gentleman next to him) but going back on his words. If this was a mechanical issue it would have been my responsibility although this is not the case at all, Used deceptive business practice to sell me a car with a water/rain leak issue knowingly. Also there is no way for me to know the car had this issue when buying it. I have spoken with sales and the service manages there, no progress. Total mess as a dealer, no accountability on management's part. Complete fraud as well, will be in touch with dealer regulators, my car have been at their shop since 13 days now, no fix!!! (2021 Rav4, known issue with that vehicle but they keep selling them, not fix and collecting from financial institutions on people's credit, fraud!) More

I Love Toyota, It’s a long term relationship and I don’t regret; I can only say good things about it. Thanks Robertho!!! Thanks to Robertho's kindness I left pleased instead of PISSED! I got their at 7:00 am to have my car serviced. I did not have an appointment but that Thanks to Robertho's kindness I left pleased instead of PISSED! I got their at 7:00 am to have my car serviced. I did not have an appointment but that's why I got there early. A gentleman did the startup info and asked if someone had helped me before, I said yes Robertho. I didn't realized that I had to sit and wait 2 hrs before anything was done to my car. When Robertho arrived I was PISSED. He did the paper work and had my car done in 45 min. Thanks to him I was able make my next appointment. Thanks again to Robertho!!! He made my day!!! I really appreciate him. More
