This was my 1st service on my Cadillac. Normal service, Oil change, tires rotated, fluid check, etc. I waited 3 hours for this to be done and I set an appointment for early morning. There a Normal service, Oil change, tires rotated, fluid check, etc. I waited 3 hours for this to be done and I set an appointment for early morning. There are many choices of places that I can "pull up, oil change" and go in less than 20-30 minutes. I eventually had to reach out to the Service Manager to resolve the long wait. I opted out of the car wash as I can only imagine how much longer I would have waited. We are all busy, but 3 hours for basic service is too much. I asked, but there was no loaner car available for use. Imagine, almost 1/2 a day wasted for this. Very disappointing. More

Robert Wright was great, he answered texts swiftly and was very helpful. I was very disappointed with Javier in service. I initially made an appointment on line. When I showed up, Javier told me that e was very helpful. I was very disappointed with Javier in service. I initially made an appointment on line. When I showed up, Javier told me that even with an appointment, there was no way to take care of my check engine light that day. When I asked when it could be done, he said it would be at least 4 weeks before they could handle it. I said lets make that appointment now, and he promised to call with a date. When I told him flat out: "I have no confidence in you doing that", he assured me that he would call. I never received a call from him. A week later, I ended up just driving in and making an appointment with Robert. My final gripe is with the outcome. Penske wanted to charge me $2200 to replace the air grill shutters. I found the part online ($250) and completed the repair myself in under two hours. I expect dealers to be pricey, but that was beyond belief. More
