Robert Wright was great, he answered texts swiftly and was very helpful. I was very disappointed with Javier in service. I initially made an appointment on line. When I showed up, Javier told me that e was very helpful. I was very disappointed with Javier in service. I initially made an appointment on line. When I showed up, Javier told me that even with an appointment, there was no way to take care of my check engine light that day. When I asked when it could be done, he said it would be at least 4 weeks before they could handle it. I said lets make that appointment now, and he promised to call with a date. When I told him flat out: "I have no confidence in you doing that", he assured me that he would call. I never received a call from him. A week later, I ended up just driving in and making an appointment with Robert. My final gripe is with the outcome. Penske wanted to charge me $2200 to replace the air grill shutters. I found the part online ($250) and completed the repair myself in under two hours. I expect dealers to be pricey, but that was beyond belief. More

Service for a recalled air bag inflator should have been more efficient. 1. Was not simple to make the appointment and/or get the part ordered. 2. Brought in at 7:00 a.m. for my appointment in order t more efficient. 1. Was not simple to make the appointment and/or get the part ordered. 2. Brought in at 7:00 a.m. for my appointment in order to try to get done as soon as possible. Was told 3-5 hours at the most throughout the process. Called at 12:00 p.m. intending to pick up car on my way to work. 3. Was told won’t be finished until 2-3 p.m. that is 7-8 hours instead of the 3-5 I had been told multiple times. 4. Needed to adjust my schedule in order to pick up vehicle before they closed at 6:00 p.m. 5. Even pickup was not terribly efficient. Took 5 minutes to find my service person (no other available service person was allowed/willing to facilitate my pickup). Took another 5-10 to get my car to me. I thought having an appointment would be efficient. I thought coordinating my pickup would be efficient. I thought a dealership service department would be efficient. Not one interaction with this department was efficient. More

Every little thing and major thing, way over priced and takes over a week to complete. And, if thats not bad enough, they damaged my remote control in the time they had my vehicle.
