We had a less than bad/poor experience the day before at the Salisbury store. We test drove a vehicle and proceeded to work the deal all while the dealership put another party in the car for a test drive. T the Salisbury store. To make a long and disgusting story short, they sold the car out from under us without explication. We went to the Lexington location the following day much to my family’s surprise and completed a deal on a vehicle. Had a great experience until they failed to let us know that the vehicle had only one key fob, mistake number 1. We proceeded to come back 4 days later while driving 45 minutes one way to have an extra key made. I am then told by the gentleman that makes the keys that he has informed Jerry Hunt Supercenter multiple times that he does NOT produce keys for European vehicles, mistake number 2 at this location. I drive 45 back to the nearest VW dealership to do what should have already been taken care of before selling the car. HORRENDOUS COMMUNICATION at t both the Salisbury and Lexington location. Not to mention my Check Engine light came on 6 days after purchasing. So this was not what you call the IDEAL CAR BUYING SITUATION with Jerry Hunt!! More
