First she gave me a date of Friday 12 April them she reversed this because she said the technician would have to examine it and I would have to leave it for several days because they are behind. I said this is ridiculous. I can see this for a major work but a simple headlight is too long. She didn't take the time to see what would be a good date they could do it without me leaving my car several days. I went to meineke and received an examination the same day. This lady needs training on customer service and how to better help the customer. More
