The dealership listed it online and were letting people test drive it before cleaning it. I liked the car so I bought it on a monday night. I said I would be back Saturday to pick it up. Came Saturday and the car still hadn't been cleaned. Had to leave and come back an hour later. They finally cleaned the car sort of. I found spilled soda splashed on one of the doors still after I got home. Then after only driving 90 miles the rear passenger wheel locked up while I was driving and the break line to the wheel blew. I left a message with the dealership and haven't been called yet. I had to pay $212 to have the car towed home. I'm expecting the dealership to reimburse me for the tow and yo repair the vehicle. We will see what happens today. More

In need of a truck, I initially shopped locally around the Kansas City area, where I currently live, but was not impressed with any of the deals these local dealerships could provide. Now, I am a bit overzealous when it comes to any purchase I make. Furthermore, I tend to research these type of things to death. Fortunately my research paid off. I found Laura Ford of Sullivan during my internet search. I was instantly amazed by their advertised low prices on trucks. In fact, I found Laura Ford of Sullivan to be on average almost $3000 less than any dealer in the Kansas City area. It was almost to good to be true. I picked up the phone and spoke to Robert Wells in sales. I asked about the truck I had in mind and he assured me the price advertised was a no gimmick, no hassle price. Although Laura Ford was an almost 4 hour drive from me, it proved to be well worth my time for the amount of money I was saving on a new truck. upon arriving at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Robert and test drove several trucks. Upon selecting the truck of my choice, the process to complete the transaction was quick and seamless. I am very happy with my purchase and tell everyone who is in the market for a new truck to contact Laura Ford of Sullivan.
