I will never deal with Wharton Ford again! ! The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. I called to cancel a part I ordered that was originally told to me would be here 1-2 da ! The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. I called to cancel a part I ordered that was originally told to me would be here 1-2 days ago and the service guy Robert hung up on me. If it is not a Ford product seems you are not a priority. Plus, I was in the process of purchasing a new car and they fired my sales guy. He was the only reason I was dealing with Wharton Ford to begin with on the second purchase. When I got hung up on today, I told my other salesperson I would no longer deal with Wharton Ford. This is pitiful in such a small town. More
