Dishonesty is the key word for this dealer. I had a TrueCar certificate from them stating the final price of the car plus an $85 doc fee. I stated from before I showed up on their lot this plus tax and TrueCar certificate from them stating the final price of the car plus an $85 doc fee. I stated from before I showed up on their lot this plus tax and DMV fees was acceptable, but nothing else. They said they understand. When we went inside to do the paperwork, they had included LoJack and Glasscoat amongst other unwanted add ons for an addition of over$1500 to the price of the car. This is not an uncommon tactic for used car dealers, but they always take it out when I can prove a certificate. I told them I didn’t want that. I only want the deal I had a TrueCar certificate for. But they refused to remove those add ons or honor the advertised price and certificate. The “manager” even told me he doesn’t deal with TrueCar! I had certificates for 3 cars on that lot. Obviously we did not make a deal, I suggest you don’t try to deal with them either. More

Sales and Price X Customer service I wanted a vehicle enough to agree to their asking price. After signing the contract I receive a phone call from the lender asking details about t I wanted a vehicle enough to agree to their asking price. After signing the contract I receive a phone call from the lender asking details about the vehicle. The car I purchased was a two seater and the details they were asking about were options like a rear entertainment system, Navigation and Bluetooth stereo. This vehicle had none of that. They also asked if had the tech package which it didn’t. All said and done they lender decided that the vehicle is not worth what the dealer is asking. So when I go to give the vehicle back they suggest picking another lender. This will not suffice because The information you are giving the lending is incorrect and adding options to the vehicle that are non-existent with the vehicle. I requested that in order to make the deal work and legitimate they would reduce the price of the vehicle and remove the options that are not equipped. I’m currently still working out a deal with the dealership and I have been in possession of this vehicle for 4 months already unable to drive the vehicle because the temporary registration has been expired for the passed two months. More
