Bait and Switch I wanted to purchase a vehicle with pricing done online. Was given an out the door price via email and confirmed with 2 additional emails. AFTER signi I wanted to purchase a vehicle with pricing done online. Was given an out the door price via email and confirmed with 2 additional emails. AFTER signing paperwork with dealer, was told they would not honor price from email. I hold the sales manager solely responsible. DO NOT TRUST these people if they quote you a price. I am happily spending a little more at a dealer who is HONEST about their pricing. Overall a horrible experience with a smug, horrible sales manager. I do not recommend them. If I could give this person less than one star I would. More

GO TO THE SERVICE CENTER ON BAYCHESTER AND EASCHESTER ROAD! Went to the dealer to buy out my 2013 Highlander. Spoke to Keith. It was the 3rd visit with him. The first time I went to get a deal on a new highlan Went to the dealer to buy out my 2013 Highlander. Spoke to Keith. It was the 3rd visit with him. The first time I went to get a deal on a new highlander but hey cut not cut me the deal that I wanted. So I went to go buyout the car I already had. He kept trying to make me go for the new one by telling me that the higher trims had a backup camera etc which I don't need. I been driving for 10+ years. and I told him told him that the other 2+ times I saw him (annoying. He should have known by now). HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE NUMBERS I ASKED FOR in regard to what it would be to buyout my vehicle and to purchase a 2014. So I ended up going to the service center a couple blocks away and spoke to Heber Ball and he was awesome, helpful, and got me in my new ride in 2 hours. Would not recommend dealer on 3333 Boston Road to anyone. Waste of time. Messed up my credit by running it 2 + times. it was crazy. More
