James was awesome and understood our needs and answered all our questions!! He understood what I wanted for my 16 year old dad daughter and he answered all our questions about the certified inspection.!! O all our questions!! Felt very respected and not forced to make any decision. Robert did a great job of asking me what I was looking for and what Subaru could do to earn my business.
