Sales agent was responsive - no one else was. Deeply frustrated by failures to communicate and provide timing information. Was repeatedly told I would be contacted by Finance or a Manager directl Deeply frustrated by failures to communicate and provide timing information. Was repeatedly told I would be contacted by Finance or a Manager directly to resolve issues and NEVER heard from them. It has now been 2 weeks since I paid for the car, I have no final paperwork, no car and no idea where the car is. It was shipped to me and I can’t even get an answer about its location, estimated delivery or anything other than ‘my manager is looking into it and will call you’. I am deeply frustrated. More
