Excellent customer service is top priority here! This was my first visit to Middletown Lexus. My 2008 RX350 vehicle was brought in for servicing.when I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a frien This was my first visit to Middletown Lexus. My 2008 RX350 vehicle was brought in for servicing.when I arrived, I was immediately greeted by a friendly courteous young man who check me in. When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised to see a familiar face, Service Manager Joe Scalo who I had previously dealt with at the Prestige Ramsey location. Joe was once again, very professional, courteous, patient, informative and honest. He wasted no time in making the repair arrangements. He even made a couple of phone calls so that my questions regarding another potential issue with my vehicle could be answered on the spot. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of the place. The parts Manager Robert even came in to assist. Cynthia was very attentive when I first arrived and Aracelis was very pleasant upon my exit. The entire staff clearly takes pride in providing excellent customer service. I will continue to bring my RX350 to Middletown Prestige Lexus for my service needs. More
