Five stars because even though the process wasn't as smooth as it could have been, it ended up with a satisfactory result. I bought the car Site unseen from Chicago & Robert was very helpful with sending me video of car and dropping it off down the street to get inspected by an independent mechanic, and after they found a few very helpful with sending me video of car and dropping it off down the street to get inspected by an independent mechanic, and after they found a few things wrong and Robert made sure, he got repaired by their dealership.
