If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I’ve leased my last 3 cars from Atlantic. My first two experiences were great. Third one was ok. I ended up with a car I liked but felt pressured the I’ve leased my last 3 cars from Atlantic. My first two experiences were great. Third one was ok. I ended up with a car I liked but felt pressured the entire time. My mom had always co-signed my lease since my first car was in her name. It was less of a hassle to just keep it in her name. She has better credit than I do since I rarely use credit cards So she was my co-signer. Unfortunately, I lost my mom in May. I had an appointment with Robert Sparaco to discuss my options. A week before our scheduled appointment, I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. When I called Bob to cancel the appointment while I deal with insurance, his immediate response was “I guess you’re gonna need a new car then.” I should have known then to run for the hills. When I knew we were close to closing everything on my old car, Bob called to schedule an appointment. When I went in, I test drove a 2025 Equinox which I loved. I filled out a credit application which he took to his manager. When he returned, he quoted me a great price that I was more than happy with. I put down the deposit & made an appointment to pick it up that Friday. (Jan. 31) When I returned to pick up the car, the Financial Manager, Muhammad gave me a completely different, much higher price. After thinking about it, I decided not to take the car. He told me I’d never get a better deal. I replied that might be true and if they had given me this price originally, I probably would have taken it. But to be quoted a different price then get a higher price when I went to pick it up does not sit well with me. I returned to Bob and let him know that I wasn’t taking the car and would like a refund of my deposit. He asked why & I told him they’re giving me a completely different price. He told me that what he quoted wasn’t my price, just the best possible price. My price is based on the credit check which is done afterwards. I told him that that is dishonest asked for my money back again. He went to get his manager who was sitting in the middle of the floor. I heard the manager say “You’ll get that sale, Bobby!” Some time later, Bob was walking back and came to me saying they were going to work on a better price. I told him I don’t want the car anymore. Now, I have a bad taste in my mouth and every time I drive that car, I’m going to have that bad taste again. Then the manager came over and started the conversation with “You shouldn’t have a bad taste in your mouth.” I told him that I already did and requested a refund again. He asked why and I said because I quoted one price and then given another. He offered $30 off the new quote and I declined. He told me “You’ll never get a better deal than this.” I responded that might be true, but at least I’ll be dealing with honest people. That really set him off. He told me that this how everyone does business. I told him, no it’s not. It’s not even how they’ve done business in the past because I’ve never had this happen to me. He said something must have changed. When he asked what changed I said “My mom died. That’s what changed.” He responded “Well that’s not my fault!” Got up and walked away. The whole time he was walking away, he was saying I’m crazy. (He sits in the middle of the floor. I could hear everything.) My one regret is I didn’t get that manager’s name. I eventually got my refund. I will NEVER use Atlantic Chevorlet again. More

I called them ahead and said I wanted this car from you. Do you guys have it in stock? If you have it, I will drop by also. Could you please send me the picture you have in your car lot? They kept saying they had the car but were unwilling to send me pictures. I told them, "Look, I know some of the dealers say they have a car, then they don't have it." that's why I want to see the picture. Still, they did not send me any. Then I thought they should have it since I saw many listings on their website. So, I went to the dealership and asked them about the vehicle. Who did I speak to over the phone? Then, they assigned me to Robert Sparaco, the sales consultant. He took the info and everything. I wanted to ensure they have the same MSRP, trim, and year. Then he found one in the lot. I didn't need to test drive; I will do the paperwork and buy the car. 229 dollars, no down, just taxes. I saw that it requires 800+ credit and everything, conquest lease or Chevy lease. I have both cars in my home. I have everything they need to have that online deal. I told them I wanted this deal you have with no down. I will pay the lease taxes and fees. He comes with the number 3k and incentives 1k. With 1000 dollars, incetives is 4000 dollars are only taxes and prices with a 257$ Month, and HE COMES TO THE TABLE and SAYS HIS MANAGER WON'T HONOR THE DEAL. I asked him to give me a breakdown of the taxes and other fees and what those fees are. He wants a $995 Acquisition Fee, a Disposition Fee of $395 (NOT EVEN DUE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE), and 1610 in sales taxes. Then I told home, Let me calculate based on what you said. How did you come up with taxes of 1610 dollars on a leased car? In my calculation, 257*36+ 995+ 395 (NOT EVEN DUE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE)+ 3k down +1k incentive = Total 8.875% taxable amount on $14247. $1264.42 is the actual tax. I asked them to fix the tax amount, and I will take the car even if you guys mark up another $11 per month with the advertising deal (229), a total of $240. He went to the manager to get a new number for me; his manager was using vulgar language while talking to him, and I could hear him. He came to me and said that the actual numbers and taxes would stay the same and honor the advertising deal, too. I requested to talk to his manager, who gave me the number, and told him I would complain to the state about you guys overcharging the tax percentage. He tells me his manager is busy. I saw him sitting at his desk, making jokes with other colleagues and laughing. When I went up to him, he said, "Get the xxxx out of my store; I don't want to sell the car to you." Then I spoke loudly, "Don't call customers to buy cars from you since you will not sell the car. Stop bothering people." I left. More
