Robert Simmoms is a Fantastic Service Manager! His outstanding customer service upbeat and positive attitude shined through and was most impressive as well. Robert is clearly well versed on all as His outstanding customer service upbeat and positive attitude shined through and was most impressive as well. Robert is clearly well versed on all aspects of vehicle repairs and service. More importantly, he ensured I was well informed of all the maintenance requirements and recommendations needed to ensure my vehicle remained in "Top Running Condition". In addition, I was extremely impressed with Jaden the young mechanic who performed all the repairs on my vehicle. When I spoke to Jaden he explained in detail what repairs he was going to perform and assured me all the repairs would be completed with the utmost care and precision, and that I would not be disappointed. It is clearly evident that my Service Advisor Mr. Robert Simmons and Jaden takes tremendous pride in their jobs and are willing to go "The Extra Mile" to ensure my complete satisfaction. Both of these Outstanding individuals are a credit to the Bill Ray Nissan Family and deserves special recognition for a "Job Well Done" and for truly " Making My Day'!
