Again we are picky people and I must say she gets an 11/10 in my book. Never in my life would I ever thought I would get a Lexus, I was a 100% die hard Chevy customer but I must say that the options that Yurlin created for me and the service and patience she had were exemplary. To put it short, Yurlin stayed till 10:00PM making sure the vehicle I purchased was comfortable for me and taught me what each and every little button was for.
