Service department did not check car for safety. Brakes were faulty and a big liability for dealer. My son could have died if the brakes did not work properly. Robert, the service advisor, was friendly and knowledgeable. He was attentive to my service requests and promptly did a preliminary inspection of my car. He then directed me to the waiting area knowledgeable. He was attentive to my service requests and promptly did a preliminary inspection of my car.
