The slowest and worst service that I ever have. Story: I dropped off my I3 at the service at 11 am for a regular maintenance service, after check in, which is about 11:15 am. So I decid have. Story: I dropped off my I3 at the service at 11 am for a regular maintenance service, after check in, which is about 11:15 am. So I decided to sit on the sofa that inside the service department. (Regarding to my previous experience, the maintenance service usually take 90 - 120 minutes.) After awhile, one of the rep. invite me to wait in the guest lobby since they have a big screen TV and sofa over there. So I moved over to that area. Around 1 pm, I went outside to see if my car get done yet, and I notice my car just parked outside of the building so I think it should be done already. So I go inside and look for the rep., and he told me the car will check in right away. "OMFG!!" which mean my car just sitting there for nearly 2 hours with no one care about it. After awhile, I saw another guy holding a orange numbers paper , walk up to my car and hang it on my back mirror. So ask him why it take so long and he told me he receive no paper work from the rep. until now. I have no choice so I go back to the lobby and wait until 2pm and ask the rep. how much longer I need to wait and he said 30 mins. This time, I decided to sit in the service area and keep waiting. around 2:30 pm, the rep. told me they are washing the car and should be done soon. And finally~~ I pick up my car at 3pm...with no apology, no sorry, nothing. This is the SERVICE that I got from McKenna BMW!!!!! More

I don't appreciate the rude customer service given by Robert Sayasit. I was patiently waiting in line for service and Robert overlooked me to help the man behind me. I was wearing a plain t-shirt and sho Robert Sayasit. I was patiently waiting in line for service and Robert overlooked me to help the man behind me. I was wearing a plain t-shirt and shorts. The man behind me was wearing a slack pant and button up. To ignore and overlook me is discrimination. When Robert finally decided to help me at the instruction of his manager, he was very disrespectful and was not consistent with the information given to me when I made the appointment. When I made the appointment via telephone, I requested a loaner vehicle (to get back and forth to work). I was told that one would be available for me when I brought the car in. I was told by Robert that recall services do not get a loaner car. He also told me that the service would take longer than a day when I was originally told it would take a few hours. The recall service is urgent to protect my safety as I'm driving the car. Robert turned me away because he didn't want to give me a loaner car. More

my experience I had a 7 am appointment, the process didn't take more than 10 minutes, I was dropped home and was picked up few hours later to get my car. This Is About Robert Syasit Robert was very helpful when my windshield cracked. First, he got right got back to me when I needed a repair estimate to help me evaluate the need Robert was very helpful when my windshield cracked. First, he got right got back to me when I needed a repair estimate to help me evaluate the need for an insurance claim. Then, when I decided to file the claim, rather than pay dealer price for the quoted repair, he was helpful in scheduling the dealer required recalibration of the forward looking camera. On the morning of the scheduled recalibration appointment, my family's second car suffered a disabling ignition circuit failure. (It's still in the shop as I write.) On very short notice, Robert got back to assure me to that a loner car could be arranged. The loaner was a pleasure, too, by the way. In the end, our i3 became available ahead of schedule, but I couldn't take advantage of the opportunity for an early pick-up. Robert got me in and out of my 8 o'clock check-in appointment in record time. This was my best single service experience at this dealership. I've been a customer here since 2015.' More
