I would of liked to have my vehicle washed and clean inside over the years all the dealer ships I have done business with always washed my vehicle after it was serviced I have not experience that fro inside over the years all the dealer ships I have done business with always washed my vehicle after it was serviced I have not experience that from your service Dept even wihen I brouth my vehicle last year on 2024 labor day weekend the service Dept said there was no way to do it with out my concent it the brushes on the washing machine may leave some scratches on my new vehicle I've have had very good experiences with kunz but I really think that the service Dept. needs to respect the customer needs anddemans that was promished Imy experience with my sales person was very good very professional and I do appreciate his honesty and curtisty Ryan C is a asset to Kunz Dealership the service Dept , needs to act the same when it comes to its buyers you asked me and I'm telling you how my experience was the top dog in the service Dept needs to brush up on his way he deals with kunz customers Respecfully I am satisfied on the way I have been treated by the staff of Kunz chev.
