I visited this dealership in 2019 when I was looking for a sports car. Unfortunately, I was kicked out of the showroom when I entered the hellcat wearing my clean contractors clothing. Fast forwarding, my wife is pregnant with twins, and need to trade in the mustang for a minivan. I was pleasantly surprise when the salesman told me they sold their cars at msrp (a rarity in this market). When I asked about discrepancy between what they were charging me for options compared to online option prices (online was cheaper), the salesman became nasty and told me to buy the car somewhere else. I was fine with the price, but wanted to settle the discrepancy. The manager was kind enough to gently explain what was going on. When it came time for pick up, we discussed the trade in for the mustang, and the salesman became nasty again, with his take it or leave it attitude. We took care of that ugliness when I was told to show at the dealership at 4 for pickup. I waited almost an hour for him to see him, and he was unprepared with my insurance, luckily another salesman helped him out. He filled out paperwork for me to so sign, with premise it was needed for the sale. Unbeknownst to me it was for Sirius radio (which I didn’t want), and he gave himself a 10 out of 10. The business manager was great to work with, and I was in his office no longer than 15 minutes. On my way out, the salesman was too busy chatting it up with his coworkers that he didn’t notice me leave. I am now trying to figure out this new cars gadgets, using YouTube for pointers. I wanted to give this dealership a second chance, but am hugely disappointed with my experience. If your a bit old fashioned like me, and want to feel valued rather than a burden, there are lot of other dealerships that would be thrilled for your business, even in this market. More
